Cinnamon Doll is a jewellery, accessories & gifts retail business established in 2012 in the sunny (when it’s not raining!) coastal town of South Shields in the North East of England. Voted ‘Beach of the Year’ in 2022 by The Times Newspaper, we feel incredibly lucky to be located so close to such a beautiful coastline and incredibly proud to call ourselves “Sand Dancers”! Back in the day, we started off solely as a jewellery retail business, but over the years we’ve built it up to become so much more by adding a collection of accessories & a collection of gifts. Cinnamon Doll has now become a 5 star worldwide business, selling our products to satisfied customers across the globe. Our products are sourced from all over the world & are very carefully chosen by our Head Buyer, which means if a product is not of a high quality, we don’t sell it! From the offset, we’ve remained tirelessly dedicated to bringing you a touch of uniqueness, bounds of style, high but affordable quality & as much confidence as possible in our ever-growing business. Not only that, but with being located in a coastal town & a mere 5 minutes walk away from the beach, we also strive to bring you a gem from the sea with a stunning line of jewellery made out of a type of shell called Paua shell (pronounced “power shell”). More recently, we’ve been doing our bit towards trying to save the planet & so, where possible, we’ve been introducing some eco-friendly products & packaging.

Not only do we try our absolute best to provide you with high-quality products, but we also try our absolute best to provide you with high-quality customer service, just like in the good old days, because the rules are – if you’re not happy, then we’re not happy! Cinnamon Doll has a long established customer base for a very good reason, because to us, customer service is anything but a lost art.
